Precious Scarlett is officially one! I feel like I was just visiting her at her home when she was first born to capture her newborn photos. She has the most beautiful set of hair and such a big personality. Her smile surely lights up any room and this Lilly Pulitzer theme was to die for. Happy first birthday, sweet girl!!
